A personal favorite of my mum,this cookie packs a chocolaty punch with melted dark chocolate and chocolate chunks in it.A recipe from the famous The Hummingbird Bakery in the UK,this is the ultimate chocolate cookie.

2.Vanilla bean orange cake with chocolate orange ganache

This cake was created by me for my love of chocolate orange.A moist vanilla bean orange cake with a thick chocolate orange ganache,this will satisfy a chocolate orange lover.The ganache is made out of chocolate and cream so it has to be refrigerated and cannot be reheated--meaning that if you want to eat it out of the fridge,let it sit for awhile to soften the choc and don't reheat it in the microwave.
